1st and most importantly, Rob is a great person. We called on a Saturday night and he was with us bright and early Sunday. We saw the rat that enters through a hole in a screen, and had it out of the house right away. He came back and cleaned up. This company is ver reliable and professional!

We had a dead rodent problem which was causing a fowl odor. Rob made an effort to come out same day, late at night to remedy the issue and address the odor problem as well as inspect and give us an estimate to address any further rodent activity. Old Towne Termite & Pest Control is much much better than the competitors. I called five companies and Old Towne was able to schedule an appointment much sooner (same day morning instead of next day afternoon), provides a longer guarantee (45 days vs 30 days), and literally charges almost three times less, despite being better in every way and extremely extremely thorough.

I had posted on Facebook desperate looking for someone to go to my dads to take care of a bee hive. My dad is older and has mobility issues and is deathly allergic to bees so it was more urgent to get it taken care of.
